Barron Edwards are a team of Architects and Planners who have been involved in a wide range of commercial, residential and householder developments with particular experience in specialised areas of planning.

Our office is centrally located in Gravesend. We cover London and the South East but will travel further afield if the project justifies it.

Our professional staff are either accredited by the RTPI or the ARB and always take a pragmatic approach to our projects delivering honest advice and practical designs.

We always encourage our prospective clients to pop in to our office to meet the team and discuss their proposals over a hot cup of coffee/tea.

Our Expertise

 Our staff have a wealth of experience in the planning sector which allows us to strategise your development in an effective way, perfect for achieving optimum results. We do not prioritise our clients according to the size of the development, each proposal is carefully considered and advised upon. Our client portfolio has mostly been built upon recommendations, which is testament to  the personal approach we take to build long lasting relationships.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of developments from small householder projects to new residential schemes of in excess of 100 units. In the commercial sector, we have worked with a number of chain restaurants and retail shops on town centre proposals. Our other works include industrial, leisure, places of worship, offices and care homes.
 

Our Aims

Due to a number of changes to planning policy and the way the system operates, it has become more and more necessary to involve Planning Consultants in a wider range of projects. Responding to this requirement, we have broken the barriers which have divided Planners and Architects for many years and have built a service which combines our expertise and delivers the approach that your development needs to achieve optimum results.

Upon receiving your instructions, you will be allocated a Project Manager who will be on hand to answer your queries and liaise with throughout the duration of our service. Our team work efficiently and effectively in dealing with Local Authorities and ensuring your application is processed without the undue delay which so many others face.
