Proposal: Conversion of an A3 Indian Restaurant to a 21 bedroom Country Guest House including a first floor rear extension, new mansard roof and conversion of the loft space.

An established Indian Restaurant and Takeaway was to be converted into a 21 bedroom Country Guest House. Our clients instructed us to retain the restaurant use on part of the ground floor, and though the Planning Department initially took an issue with this, we managed to secure permission for this mixed use development after overcoming their concerns.
